Hey Binoy,

I hope your well. 🙂  It’s taken me some time to to write this letter to you..  How long has it been since Denmark 6 weeks……

Wow………….My god man…….

I have to be honest, l left there broken… Or so wounded, I had know idea you could go so deep into yourself… I never experienced anything like it… I was so open and so vulnerable… It’s taken me a 6 weeks to stabilise myself… But with the highest outcome…

I have now started to be involved in music again… it’s who l am.. I’ve got involved in Ecstatic Dance and hoping to make DJ sets for people to dance to..  So l’m on a musical journey of discovering new music which is very Foreign to me.  It’s were my heart lays at the moment. 🙂

Also,  I understand or feel your vibrations, the way you walk the earth so calm.. I see it, l honour it and respect it.. I learnt from you.
It’s lovely to write you something just now,  I send love and a big hug your way man…

My heart led the way and I knew I had to be on this workshop.

Bynoi is a powerhouse facilitator who really knows how to get his participants juices flowing with exercises that support emotional release and energetic shifts.

The whole weekend is experiential. I felt so safe to do them all and uncover deeper layers of myself.

The body is so wise, I have started to develop more trust in listening to the wisdom it speaks, the psychological mind seems to have taken a vacation for now which feels really lovely.

I signed up to the workshop with my partner and we got to do the excersises together.

Its been such a blessing and has brought us closer together I feel. I am excited to keep on cultivating orgasmasticity together and alone.

I FEEL FULL TO THE BRIM WITH LIFE FORCE.

Starting the course I thought I knew what Kundalini was from a couple of yoga classes but wow I was so wrong!

It is so much more.

Since taking this course I have connected with my life force energy, learnt fundamental practices and tools for dealing with emo release, trauma and my nervous system and now have a daily practice of always checking in and clearing my energy making dealing with my anxiety and working through my emotions easier than before.

I feel so much more connected and turned on.

Thank you Bynoi for being such an incredible guide and teacher,

I hope to attend another of your courses or workshops again!

What a frickin transformation. Who Am i? I am Osiris God  of Death riding on teh back of a green tipped dragon. Tomorrow? Who knows. I walk forward to Meeting them/ OSIRIS

Our future as a race depends on the destruction of the victim. ISTA is a foundational Pillar in creating empowered sovereignty and evolving the planet.

A painter is only limited by the colors they have on the pallete. ISTA has directly and indirectly given me so many more colors.

Every cell in my being feels activated and alive. I have a deeper awareness and compassion for any shadow, Such a deeper trust in my body and boundaries and I feel so much more equipped to share my truth as it changes moment to moment. Thank you.

I love the way Bynoi brings different lenses to his teachings and the weaving of knowledge with practical applications.

I have learned some amazing tools which I know I will be using on a daily basis going forward.

Beautifully held space.

I feel like I have experienced so much over the weekend like the power within was switched on….via the mains.

I’m so grateful for the experiences and feel this is just the start of a life long process for me. I spent the weekend feeling like every cell in my body was vibrating with electricity, it felt big, bigger than me.

Since the weekend I’m way more in tune with my body and what it needs, I’ve spent so much more time being kind to my body and letting it recieve pleasure and listening to her. Everything feels sharp, like colours and I can feel things around me that I was not aware of before in my body, like the trees outside my window.

It was so powerful. Words are hard to find to do the experience justice, you have to experience it for yourself and book onto one of the events!! It’s special.
