India – ISTA Spiritual, Sexual, Shamanic Experience (SSSEx) Level 1 Training

This powerful training is being held for the first time in India! You are invited to unfold your potential with international facilitators Andrew Barnes, Laurie Handlers, and Estera Saraswati.

<<<What is the training about?>>>

Spiritual, Sexual, Shamanic; Each of these areas carries enormous potential for freedom, love and joy, as well as for healing & integrating our golden and painful shadow aspects. As we come to know all these aspects, we begin to see what it means to be awake, empowered, in community, and in service as love in the world.

The training focuses on clearing the physical and emotional body of shame, guilt and fear related to sexuality and authenticity. The deeper transformation comes from reconnecting to your personal power. In exploring sexuality, we create a fast path to encountering the challenges and gifts of fully owning our own power.

A team of skilled Temple Arts faculty will share, inspire, guide and support you to bring light to the shadows where your power awaits to be reclaimed.

The transformation is supported through multiple pathways using the best of the ancient temple arts including the wisdom of Tantra, Taoism, and different traditions of Shamanism. We add to this modern day techniques NLP, bioenergetics, guided visualization, emotional release tools, and conscious touch/ consent skills. The list above includes many, but not all the practices we use to dive deep into the inner realms. The inner masculine and inner feminine archetypes are explored because when they are fully integrated, a door opens to a deeper knowing of the Self as whole and complete.

Some people take this training for their own personal evolution. Others are interested in exploring how the training adds to their professional life, or are interested in the professions of Sacred Sexual Practitioner or Sexuality Educator.

Attendees include those from the various spiritual paths and the sexual paths of celibacy, monogamy and polyamory. Couples, individuals, and relationship groups of any formation are welcome, as are individuals of any sexual orientation and gender identity.

The greater mix of prior experiences, the richer the training.

<<<Any pre-requisites?>>>

No prior knowledge of shamanism or sacred sexuality is necessary to attend this retreat.  Those with previous experience are warmly welcomed, as they add to the power of the field.

Nudity and intimate touch are optional parts of this training. If it is your truth, it is even possible to complete the entire training/experience without touching another person.. The cornerstone of this work is about consent, developing healthy boundaries and communication. You are always at choice and the facilitators will help you navigate what is authentic for you.

Tented Dormitory – 135 Euros
Sleeping bags will be provided. Sharing with others in the Tented Dorm

Dormitory – 165 Euros
The Dormitory has the added appeal of being more social, as well as a price that makes it affordable to all.

Duplex – 205 Euros
The Duplex rooms open to or have a view of the garden with an attached bath. It is split into two levels with one double bed on the upper level and two single beds on the lower level. Good for three people sharing, each having a separate bed.

Deluxe Double – 225 Euros
The deluxe rooms open to or have a view of the garden. It’s a good sized room with one double and one single bed with an attached bath. Good for couples or two people sharing, both having a separate bed.

Food includes 3 delicious and very healthy vegan meals a day – starting from Lunch on the 12th at 2pm, until Lunch on the 18th. Arrival is possible at the venue from 10am on the 12th and the training will begin around 3pm. It is also possible to arrive a earlier or to stay on later at the venue – in fact there are many great events happening there so do check out their website.

Andrew Barnes
Andrew Barnes is an internationally acclaimed Tantric sex, relationship, and orgasm coach, sexologist, speaker, master bodyworker and author of Heart of the Flower and Relationship Tantra. Andrew is the developer of Tantric Body De-armouring, and over the last several years he has been running courses worldwide in this ever popular modality.

Laurie Handlers
Laurie Handlers is a sex educator, movie producer, radio show host, author, and intimacy coach. She holds a Masters in Education and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology. Estera Saraswati
Tantra teacher, temple art priestess & shaman
Estera Saraswati is a Tantra teacher rooted in a wisdom of traditional Tibetan Tantra. She is also a skillful temple art priestess and shaman, ISTA Faculty. Being a vessel for Dakini Wisdom, she is a healing space for reconciliation of Eve and Lilith that brings oneness to patriarchal split between mother and lover, spirituality and sexuality. She is a cutting edge visionary-woman and natural birth advocate.
Estera is one of first leaders of sacred sexuality movement in Poland. She is a part of Tamera Global Love School peace project. With her life partner Zenon D. Dorje they teach Tantra and sacred sexuality worlwide. They have initiated the annual International Re-Union of Sexuality and Consciousness in Poland, a creative healing vortex. “Art, science and spirituality meet to create a new paradigm of living in a free society”. They are also parents of two sons. They gave two home lotus non-assisted births with no medical assistance during pregnancy, labour and post-partum.
