This is an embodied exploration of boundaries, consent, the energetic and emotional body, kundalini yoga, energetic orgasm & intimacy. With the curiosity of explorers traveling on a voyage of discovery, we explore the state of flow, the effortless state of consciousness in the bodymind where *movement is unfolding*, yet we are not forcing ourselves to *do anything*. We explore the expansiveness of our own emotional & energetic bodies dancing between form and field.

We experience how to create safety for ourselves through embodied, somatic experiences of consent. We activate our emotional bodies. Journeying into the state of flow, we create intimacy with ourselves first, and then explore authentically sharing intimacy with others in a safe container.
With tenderness, we explore the stages (mental, physical, emotional, energetic & sensual) of intimacy.

We are energy beings. Energy is always in (e)-motion. With a new awareness of our emotional body, we create interactions to experience our quantum nature. As primates, movement is still our primal mother tongue. Through movement, we uncover unconscious patterns and emotions, acknowledge the hidden power of our desires, and bring them into conscious awareness. There are moments when we break through the conditioning of the mind in pain, but pleasure is an extraordinary facilitator into this extraordinary state of being. We practice the skill of expanding our capacity for pleasure.

This workshop is suitable for everyone interested in exploring the power of their emotions. Some people attend as sovereign single beings, while others attend with a partner. This workshop is for people of all genders and all sexual orientations.

Note: The touch will be clothed.
At the beginning of the weekend, we establish boundaries together, so that every participant feels fully honoured and supported in moving only as fast and as far as their sense of safety permits. No one is required to do anything they do not want to do, so each person decides their level of involvement, without peer group pressure.

I am the creator of the Love Movement Evolution and the Its Cold Up North Dance Tango Projects. As a dancer & a former engineer, I am passionate about the synergy between shamanism, sacred sexuality, science & consciousness. 

I speak 7 languages. I was born in India, and have lived in Belgium, Argentina & Sweden. I support human beings in the process of making their consciousness malleable, to feel the sacredness of their animal-selves & from a place of deeper alignment your being, to remember your deepest longing.

I have facilitated & co-created sacred sexuality trainings, retreats, workshops & festivals in Sweden, Denmark, Guatemala, Brazil, India, Bali, England, Scotland & Poland. I am also apprentice faculty at ISTA, the International school of the Temple Arts.
