During the retreat the food will be Vegeterian, and a fusion of Ayurvedic/Indian superfoods and local traditionally prepared seasonal medicinal foods. This is to support your body to increase it’s vibration, balance your hormonal system, detoxify your pineal gland, to support your body to access higher levels of consciousness.
All accommodation is in simple cottages on a double sharing basis secluded, alternative beach in the south of Goa where olive ridley turtles come to nest between Nov – March. Details of the location provided after payment of the deposit in the welcome letter.

The location for the vision quest is in the South of Goa, about 8 km south of the more famous Palolem beach. We will be living by the secluded Talpona/Galgibag beach. The whole northern part of this beautiful beach is where Olive Ridley Turtles come to nest. As the turtles nest their eggs, we will be embarking on our vision quest. The nesting season begins between Dec – Jan & ends by March – April
The beach is covered with pure sand of a golden color and is a calm, tranquil beach without shacks that dominate most other beaches in Goa. Details of the location provided after payment of the deposit in the welcome letter.—————————————————————————-

<<<Getting to the location>>>
Goa has been the mythical, magical Bohemia since the hippy flower children landed on the shores of Goa is the late 1960s. The location for our retreat a a tranquil, secluded beach in South Goa.
You can fly into any of the the major metro cities of India (for example – Mumbai or Delhi), and then fly onwards to Goa.
Alternatively, you can fly direct to Goa (Dabolim airport) with charter flights companies from different parts of Europe and the Middle East during the tourist season in Goa (Nov – March). For example, Monarch Airlines offers direct flights from London Gatwick and Manchester, and Thomsonfly offers direct flights from East Midlands, Gatwick and Manchester from November to March.
Book a cab from the airport to the location in the South of Goa. Details of the location sent to you in the welcome letter, upon paying the deposit.

About the guide: Komala Lyra
Mystic, gypsy, dakini, life-adventurer, dancer, writer, artist, healer with a broad pallet of skills, Komala has over 30 years experience offering workshops, retreats and educational programs internationally. Spent 14 years living at Osho Commune while he was alive, and later, supported the creation of a few healing centers in the USA and Europe.
Faculty with ISTA (the International School of Temple Arts),
she is also a professional member of NAMA (National Ayurveda Medical Association, USA), certified Panchakarma educator by the Ayurveda Institute (Albuquerque, NM, USA), has been part of Osho Multiversity and Mystery School faculty (in India and USA) for over 15 years. Creator of Ayurveda Mandala and Ayurveda-Yoga-Tantra programs, has authored several books, sharing experience of the body as a channel for consciousness, integrating sensuality and sexuality as a natural expression of body-heart-soul.
Her gifts embrace refined skills, sharp intuition, clarity, gentleness, and assign mystical experiential resources. She invites intimacy with ourselves, while igniting awareness in all aspects of relating. Presently, she is co-creating a retreat place in Alto Paraiso de Goias, at the center of Brazil – her birthplace.
