’Diverse embodied fields, often in source language (Classical Non-Dual Tantrik traditions; Somatic Sexology; Trauma-informed Neuro-Transformative Embodiment; Nervous System Health, Dance, & Movement; Shamanic & Soul Awareness; Mystery Traditions, Temple Arts, & Taoist Internal Arts) inform my line of enquiry and work.
Beginning with fostering more intimate, bottom-up, body-to mind dialog. For example to begin with, tuning into the potential of subtler conversations unfolding between aspects of our being – Heart, Belly, Genitals & Mind.
Then deepening the “breath & touch” of inquiry to engage with subtler layers of body & being – Physical, Mental, Emotional, Energetic, Animal, Soul, and more.
The vulnerability & courage of taking a quantum jump into the ocean of not-knowing in our own being. Giving permission to ourselves to allow vibration to arise from the body. The un – choreographed sound of movement & the movement of sound spontaneously unfolding.
Accessing the life-affirming, creative, erotic potentiality with awareness to reveal deeper places of shadow, life-force energy, freedom, & power waiting to be revealed.
Creating enough safety & trust within & without to surrender to the grace of life-force energy called by so many names across different, embodied non-dual traditions – Kundalini and Qi for example to vibrate, ascend & descend through our being.
Fostering dialog between instinct & intellect. Allowing forms that reveal themselves from inner structures, In-formation to suddenly, simply arise. Supporting In – tuition or learning from the inside to unfold.
In my work, I have deep gratitude for observing human beings moving from self-limitation to uncovering deeper levels of authentic self-expression. Growing the capacity to energetically hold more personal responsibility & power. Emerging as unique expressions of love, freedom, purpose & power and spirit individually & together across diverse fields of enquiries & communities.
Informed by my own journey, observations, & experiences living & working around the world, I’m especially fascinated by the embodied inquiry of places of seeming tension, opposites, paradoxes & seeming polarities of the human condition; body & mind, east & west, soul & animal; sexuality & spirituality; masculine & feminine; logical & mystical, spirit & matter; personality & soul.
The exploration & dance of dualities with the seemingly endless paradoxes of this human experience is what I love & loves through me.
