interpreted scrupulously by the lower mind,

her-story before history,

storytelling was soulcraft, a shamanic superpower.

In collective consciousness resistance towards self,

patterns of energy developed when we could not hold presence for self,

express as fickle stories we tell others about self,

resistance towards our deep longing to cross into the mysteries of nature and archetypal reality.

being free requires the tender fierceness of discipline,

to cut through the story of collusion,

between the unconscious and the resistance of the soul to being fully present here,

getting out of our own way.

allowing presence to free itself,

from the burden of the core wound of the personal self weaved with identity,

to shine as love,

soulcraft of the urban shaman,

another reminder – I have always been spirit first.
