“in Celtic mythology,

the warrior did not have to go out on horseback,

sword in hand,

seeking the holy grail.

The goddess stood with the warrior,

tenderly, fiercely, typical Celtic paradox,

collapsing opposing poles – object and subject, seer and seen,

to discover the goddess within.

we have this misplaced idea in collective consciousness,

that tenderness and fierceness are mutually exclusive,

we project this idea onto the realm of mythology,

creating myth of the fragile feminine goddesses.

resolve the war within.

mine personal unconscious,

lift the veil,

surrender to the goddess,

celebrate mystery of union with beloved within.”
